JAGUR: Jurnal Agroteknologi focuses on the development, application, and dissemination of scientific knowledge in the field of agricultural cultivation and plant-based production systems. The journal emphasizes research that advances sustainable, efficient, and innovative agronomic practices, integrates scientific theory with field application, and addresses current challenges in agriculture at local, national, and global levels. JAGUR prioritizes high-quality studies that contribute to improved crop productivity, resilience, and environmental stewardship through evidence-based approaches.

Scope

The scope of JAGUR: Jurnal Agroteknologi includes, but is not limited to, original research articles, reviews, and applied studies in the following areas:

  1. Agronomy
    Crop physiology, cropping systems, crop rotation, irrigation management, fertilization strategies, precision agriculture, and integrated pest management aimed at optimizing crop yield and quality while reducing environmental impacts.

  2. Plant Breeding and Biotechnology
    Conventional and modern plant breeding approaches, genetic improvement, varietal development, molecular breeding, and biotechnological innovations to enhance yield, stress tolerance, disease resistance, and nutritional quality.

  3. Seed Science and Technology
    Seed development, seed quality assessment, germination and dormancy, seed storage, seed vigor, seed certification, and technologies supporting reliable crop establishment.

  4. Plant Protection
